Gary Kelly completed the Thames Path 100miler again on 2nd May.
Gary said it was tougher going than last year but he managed to cross the finish line with 45 minutes to spare, in a time of 27hrs and 15mins! Of the 265 runners that started the race, 182 finished. The rain in the evening/night made it particularly challenging for those at the back of the pack as it became muddier and muddier and it was hard to gain any footing and even stay upright (especially challenging when you have been on your feet all day and night). Gary has volunteered for the South Downs Way 100 in June in order to earn a free place for 2016. He is also planning to run the North Downs Way 100 in August. Good Luck Gary
